Our Story

Voyager Care started with a simple idea: support should feel human. We wanted to build a disability support service that was personal, inclusive, and powered by lived experience — not red tape. As a small, neurodiverse-owned crew based in the Perth metro area, we know what it’s like to want to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that feels real.

Being a small team has its perks. We don’t get lost in endless layers of management — we get to focus on what matters most: you. We’ll learn your goals, your strengths, and even your quirks (because let’s be real, we’ve all got them 😉). You’re never just a number with us — you’re part of the Voyager Care family, and your story helps shape ours.

Yes, we deliver high-quality one-on-one supports — from daily living to community participation — but where we really shine is in our Life Skills and Cooking Groups. These aren’t just tick-the-box programs. They’re safe, welcoming spaces where you can learn, laugh, build independence, and connect with others who “get it.” One week it might be cooking up a storm, another it might be learning budgeting skills or rolling dice in a group game — whatever the activity, we promise it’ll be inclusive, empowering, and fun.

Our groups are led by passionate, qualified support workers — including our very own chef 👨‍🍳 (yep, we take food seriously around here). We bring people together to cook, create, explore, and thrive in an environment that celebrates individuality.

So, why choose us over a big agency? Because we’re different. We see you. We listen. We adapt. We care. And most importantly, we actually enjoy what we do — which makes all the difference.

That’s our story. And we’d love to be part of yours.

Whether you’re a seasoned dungeon crawler or brand-new to role-playing games, this group is all about imagination, teamwork, and fun. Together we’ll create characters, explore magical realms, and face epic quests — all while building social skills, confidence, and lasting friendships.

Our sessions are facilitated by experienced support workers, so participants will always feel guided and supported. If preferred, participants are also welcome to bring their own support worker along.

No experience needed — just bring your creativity (and maybe a few dice 😉).

📍 This group will run out of WestCity Church, Wembley.
