Why did I become a Support Worker?

I’ve always had a strong love for people. Growing up, support workers were often part of my household, helping people close to me. I saw firsthand the difference they made and how much of a positive impact they had on my family. That experience inspired me to step into this role myself — to bring that same support, care, and comfort to other families.

What I love about my job:

Every day as a support worker is different, which means I’m always learning something new. I love that I get to help people every time I go to work — it’s something that’s truly important and fulfilling to me.
