About Me:
Hi, I’m Maysie! I’m a friendly, bright, and empathetic person with a strong passion for helping others. I’ve always been drawn to supporting people, and my personal experiences with support workers showed me just how meaningful and life-changing this field can be. Those experiences inspired me to give back by providing the same level of care, connection, and compassion to others.
I believe that everyone has their strengths, and everyone also faces challenges — and with empathy, teamwork, and genuine support, those challenges become opportunities. My approach is personal, collaborative, and grounded in understanding each person as an individual.

Why did I become a Support Worker?
I stepped into this role because I’ve seen firsthand the difference supportive, compassionate care can make. I wanted to be part of that impact. I truly believe that when we face challenges together with empathy and connection, we can achieve so much more. Supporting people to grow, feel confident, and experience positive change is what motivates me every day.
What I Love About My Job:
I love that this job allows me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to help others, build strong connections, and be a supportive presence in their day. I value the opportunity to learn, grow, and form genuine relationships — offering friendship, empathy, and compassion in a way that truly matters.
