WHAT IS MY ROLE? Support Worker & Dungeon Master

ABOUT ME:

Hi, I’m Caden! I’m easygoing, friendly and outgoing. I love meeting new people and getting to know them through shared interests, whether that’s surfing, staying active or playing a few rounds of Pokémon TCG.

I used to work as a personal trainer, so fitness, health and staying active have been a big part of my life for a long time. I’m always up for an adventure and enjoy a bit of friendly competition.

  • Surfing and spending time in the water

  • Extreme sports and trying adventurous activities

  • Fitness and staying active

  • Playing competitive card games, especially Pokémon TCG

WHY DID I BECOME A SUPPORT WORKER?

I became a support worker because I enjoy helping others and getting to know new people. I like creating a space where everyone feels comfortable joining in and being themselves.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY JOB:

I love finding something we can enjoy together, whether that’s getting active, playing a game or just having a laugh. It’s especially rewarding to see someone go from feeling unsure about joining in to feeling like part of the group.
