THE VOYAGER INITIATIVE

We’re excited to share that Voyager Care is currently developing a new initiative — built from lived experience and driven by a clear need for change.

As a neurodivergent-owned provider, we’ve seen firsthand that bullying doesn’t always look the way people expect. For many neurodivergent individuals, it can be subtle, misunderstood, or completely overlooked — and that’s something we’re determined to change.

The Voyager Care Initiative will focus on raising awareness around how bullying shows up differently within the neurodiverse community, while creating accessible resources and programs that encourage understanding, early intervention, and real conversations.

This is about more than awareness — it’s about action.
We want to help people recognise the signs that often go unnoticed, reduce the long-term impact bullying can have on confidence, education, and social connection, and create spaces where individuals feel safe, supported, and like they truly belong.
