What is my role?
Support Worker
About Me:
Hi, I’m Charley! I’m a new addition to the team and currently studying to become a nurse — a path I’m incredibly passionate about because I love helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives. Working in the support industry has deepened my appreciation for compassion, patience, and the power of human connection.
When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time with my family and heading out on adventures. Whether it’s exploring nature, trying something new, or just enjoying a spontaneous road trip, I’m all about making the most of life’s little moments. I’m so excited to be part of this amazing team and to continue growing while supporting others along the way.

Why did I become a Support Worker?
I love being able to help people live with independence and confidence. There’s nothing more rewarding than supporting someone to achieve their goals and realise what they’re capable of. Empowering others to do what they want — on their own terms — is what truly drives me.
What I love about my job:
My favourite thing about being a support worker is being able to watch my participants achieve their goals and see them grow as a person.
