About Me:
Hey I’m Keeley - I’d describe myself as a friendly, patient, and caring person, but I’m also resourceful and determined when it comes to supporting others. I love connecting with people, and being extroverted and social means I enjoy having conversations, really listening, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and heard. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my friends and try to stay active through different sporting activities whenever I can. Travelling the world is one of my biggest passions – I love experiencing new places, cultures, and adventures. Being part of Voyager Care gives me the chance to combine what I love most: helping people, building connections, and creating positive experiences every day.

Why did I become a support worker?
I chose to become a support worker because I see this role as more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to walk alongside people, encourage their independence, and empower them to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. For me, it’s about supporting each person’s goals, celebrating their achievements, and making sure they feel confident and valued in their own journey.
What I love about my job:
I love that being a support worker is such a rewarding role. Knowing that I can make a positive difference in someone’s life, no matter how big or small, is what motivates me every day. Being able to help participants work towards their goals and seeing them thrive is truly the best part of my job.
