On 30 October 2025, the Voyager Care team and our awesome participants came together at WestCity Church to celebrate Halloween with a fun, inclusive, daytime party filled with laughter, creativity, and connection.

Our Halloween Party was thoughtfully designed to be a welcoming and supportive event where everyone could take part at their own comfort level. Held during the day, the celebration provided a relaxed and accessible environment for participants to enjoy the festivities in a way that felt safe and enjoyable. From dressing up in costumes and enjoying themed decorations to participating in activities and socialising with peers, the focus was on creating a positive shared experience.

Participants were encouraged to express their creativity through costumes and personal choices, while support workers were on hand throughout the event to provide guidance, reassurance, and practical assistance as needed. Care was taken to balance excitement with individual needs, ensuring the celebration remained comfortable, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Events like our Halloween Party play an important role in building social confidence, strengthening friendships, and fostering a sense of belonging.
