On 4 October 2025, the Voyager Care team came together at WestCity Church for our Voyager Care Open Day.

This Open Day was a valuable opportunity for our team to connect in person, spend time in our shared space, and reflect on how far Voyager Care has come. It provided dedicated time for team connection, collaboration, and alignment as we continue to grow and evolve as a service.

Throughout the day, team members had the chance to engage in open conversations about our programs, values, and the way we support participants across our services. It was a space to share ideas, strengthen communication, and ensure everyone felt connected to the broader vision and direction of Voyager Care.

At Voyager Care, we know that strong, well-connected teams are essential to delivering high-quality, consistent, and genuinely person-centred supports. Coming together as a team allows us to reflect on what we’re doing well, identify opportunities for growth, and continue building a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Our Open Day reinforced the importance of collaboration, shared understanding, and taking the time to invest in our team. It was a positive and productive experience that highlighted the passion, commitment, and care our staff bring to their roles every day.
