Our Story

We’re a small, neurodiverse-owned disability support company based in the Perth metro area – built with heart, lived experience, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Because we’re a small team, we get to focus on what truly matters: you. We’re participant-oriented, which means we take the time to understand your goals, your strengths, and your unique way of doing things. You're never just a number with us – you're part of the family.

While we offer quality 1:1 community-based support, what really makes us shine are our Life Skills and Cooking Groups. These are more than just programs – they’re safe, empowering spaces where you can build confidence, make connections, learn new skills, and have a great time doing it.

Led by passionate, qualified staff (including our very own chef 👨‍🍳), our group supports are designed to be fun, inclusive, and genuinely life-enriching.

Why choose us over a bigger agency?
Because we see you. We listen. We adapt. And we care. With us, support is personal – and that makes all the difference.
