Voyager Care was built on a simple belief: support should feel real.
We’re a small, neurodiverse-owned disability support provider based in the Perth metro area, created by people with lived experience who understand what it means to want support that’s personal, inclusive, and genuinely caring — designed around real people and real needs.
Because we’re a tight-knit team, we don’t get lost in layers of management. We take the time to truly get to know you — your goals and your strengths. With us, you’re never just a participant number. You’re part of the Voyager Care family, and your journey helps shape everything we do.
Group programs are at the core of Voyager Care, with Life Skills, Cooking, Social Gaming, and Dungeons & Dragons creating spaces for connection and growth. Alongside this, we provide high-quality one-on-one supports, including daily living and community participation.
Our groups are safe, welcoming spaces where people can build independence, confidence, and connection. One day might be learning how to cook a shared meal, another could be budgeting skills, gaming together, or simply learning how to navigate everyday life with more confidence. However it looks, our groups are designed to be inclusive, empowering, and genuinely fun.
Our programs are led by passionate support workers — including our founder and director, Tamzin (also a qualified chef) — who care deeply about creating environments where people feel comfortable, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
So why choose Voyager Care over a big agency?
Because we listen. Because we adapt. Because we care.
And because we actually love what we do — and it shows 🧡
This is our story.
And we’d love to be part of yours! 🚀

A NEW ADVENTURE BEGINS…
INTRODUCING OUR NEW WARHAMMER GROUP!!!
Whether you’re a seasoned Warhammer veteran or completely new to the hobby, this group is all about strategy, creativity, and connecting with others who share a passion for tabletop gaming. Participants can build and paint miniatures, learn the rules of the game, develop tactical skills, and take part in exciting battles, all while building confidence, social skills, and friendships in a relaxed, controlled environment.
Our experienced team provides guidance and encouragement at every stage, whether participants are assembling their first miniature, learning the basics of gameplay, or refining advanced strategies. There are opportunities to explore different Warhammer systems, participate in friendly matches, and share ideas with others who enjoy the hobby.
Sessions are facilitated by experienced support workers to ensure everyone feels comfortable, included, and supported throughout the day. Participants are also welcome to attend with their own support worker if preferred.
