Our Support Workers bring a strong mix of training, experience, and lived understanding to their roles. Every team member is equipped with:
First Aid & CPR
Manual Handling Training
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Clearance
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
Administering Medications
Dysphagia & Mealtime Management
…and more specialised training as required to meet participant needs
All of our training is delivered through the NGO Training Centre, ensuring it meets the highest standards and keeps our team up to date with industry requirements.
And for extra peace of mind — every group support is staffed with at least one support worker who is trained and accredited in Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation.
Beyond the certificates and qualifications, we also make sure our team has the right practical skills, values, and mindset to respond to any situation with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.
